Last weekend, I visited my Gigi on the Central Coast. First, on Friday, I went to my Cousin Annie's pool party. She just bought a new house nestled among the vinyards in Paso Robles. My favorite part was splashing in her pool and making new friends like Avery (you can see him in the photo. We also celebrated my Gigi's birthday and stayed in Morro Bay where we watched the surfers near Morro Rock. Cousin Toni (our official family geologist) told us that Morro Rock was a plug in the volcano that was there a long time ago. Funny, that whole time I thought it was a giant turtle that had just fallen asleep in the bay . . .
